This diploma was designed by a group of American
Professors from leading universities and organization
in United States of America; with a fundamental
goal to provide the Emirates Managers and Executives
with fundamentals of Management and Organizational
Development "The American Style"
This Diploma contains several course outlines that
covers the basics with the potential to progress to
advanced level courses within the desired specialization
as needed and arranged among the Professors,
the Trainees and the needs of their corporations
and or sponsors
The total number of hours required are 50 hours
including the classroom seminar, homework,
discussions, research papers and individual presentations.
Each of the above listed courses will be conducted
Four hours per Seminar, Four hours for Homework and
Applied Research
